This place is warm and the staff have really done their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They arranged free ride to the city mini bus station (to otogar) for us on the day we left. Their breakfast offered is one of the best that I have during my entire Turkey trip!
The toilet is too small. Since it is a wooden building, basically you will hear the sound of anyone walking upstairs from time to time. I gather this applies to the other Ottoman house too.

Location in the very centre of the city made it easy for me to explore. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I was happy with the parking space available. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The staff were friendly despite the language barrier.
Nothing not to love.

Great location, close to the city center and main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options such as bread, cheese, jams, and fruits. Additionally, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were quite small and lacked adequate heating during the winter season. The blankets were thin and there were no extra blankets available, which made it difficult to stay warm during Christmas time. Furthermore, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, with hair on the floor and dirty towels.

This was an excellent family run hotel with everything we needed. The owner couldn't have been more helpful with advice on where to visit and eat. The family kitchen was available to prepare our own food for lunch, and to sit and eat. A very happy visit.

Great location-close to all sightseeing places, nice room, and friendly staff who offer us tea and dessert. Owner of the hotel was very kind to offer us a ride to the bus station
The tap was broken, and could hear water dripping all night. There was a strong smell of mothball in the room

This hotel is an absolute luxury, with exclusive amenities for a comfortable stay. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional Turkish elements. Immaculately clean private facilities were also offered, adding to the comfort factor. the location is perfect for exploring the nearby bazaar and hamam. the sun terrace is a great spot to relax and enjoy the view.
I encountered a minor issue with the service. the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with the number of guests and were slow to respond to requests.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in an authentic Turkish hotel in a great location near the old town and close to everything we wanted to visit. the rooms were beautifully decorated with thick Turkish carpets and traditional decor, and had all the modern conveniences. Breakfast was standard, and the staff were friendly with reliable English skills. the hotel provided brochures about the attractions in the area and the garden was pretty, with chairs and benches to enjoy the fresh air.
The hotel had thin walls, so voices from the corridor and other guests closing doors were loud and could be heard easily.

The hotel is a gem, an old historic house where you feel the history of it.Beautifully restored, well taken care of. Cute street.
Because of the background of the hotel, and being under Unesco Worldheritage, it is not possible to offer modern luxury. The bathroom is small and has no space for a bathmatt. But hotel offers bathslippers to help with this. It is without airco, but has a standing ventilator.
